Data deletion

You can remove the data LensLab received from Facebook and Instagram, or have your whole LensLab account and its data deleted. Here's how.
Disconnect Facebook or Instagram in LensLab
- Log in at lenslab.tech and go to Settings → Social accounts.
- Click the delete icon next to the account you want to disconnect.
- We delete that account's access token, name and profile picture from LensLab immediately. LensLab can no longer post to it.
Remove LensLab from Facebook
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find LensLab and click Remove.
- This revokes our access at Meta's side; any access token we still hold stops working.
Delete your LensLab account and all data
Email hello@lenslab.nlfrom the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm your request and delete your account, connected social accounts, products, brand data and visuals within 30 days. We only keep what we're legally required to keep, such as invoices.
Posts that were already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there; you can delete them on those platforms yourself.
