Terms of Service

LensLab helps brands analyse their visual identity (Brand DNA), request and manage product visuals created by LensLab, manage their product catalogue, share approved visuals with their dealers and publish them on social media. We may change or extend features over time.

• You must give correct information and keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• An account belongs to an organisation. The organisation can invite team members and dealers and is responsible for who it gives access.
• You must be authorised to act for the organisation and at least 18 years old.

• LensLab works with plans and credits, as shown on our pricing page. Credits for delivered visuals are charged when you save (accept) a visual, not when you request it. Estimated credits shown before you start production are an estimate.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Credits are not refundable and have no cash value.

• You keep all rights to the content you provide, such as logos, product data, briefings and reference images. You give us permission to use it to provide the service.
• You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload or import, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• Delivered visuals are shown with a watermark until you save them. Once saved (and paid for with credits), you may use them for your own commercial purposes and share them with your dealers. Watermarked previews may not be used.
• Visuals may be created with the help of AI. Check them before you publish them, especially product details, text and claims.

Clients decide which products and approved visuals their dealers can see. Dealers may use shared visuals only to promote and sell the client's products, and only as long as the client gives them access.

• When you connect Facebook or Instagram, LensLab posts only what you choose to post. You're responsible for the content of your posts, including captions suggested by AI, and for following the rules of those platforms.
• We depend on those platforms: we can't guarantee that posting always works, for example when a platform changes its rules or rejects a post.
• How we handle data from these platforms is described in our privacy policy.

You may not use LensLab for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful; to infringe others' rights; to create content that is offensive or deceptive; or to disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We do our best to keep LensLab available and your data safe, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, preferably announced in advance.

Our total liability for damage arising from the use of LensLab is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage occurred. We're not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

You can stop using LensLab and close your account at any time by emailing hello@lenslab.nl. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. After closing, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

We may change these terms and will let you know about significant changes in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
